Summary:

This role is critical in ensuring that all users are proficient with Epic and other healthcare technologies, enhancing clinical workflows, compliance, quality and user satisfaction. The manager will lead a team of trainers and informatics specialists, collaborating across departments to drive the successful adoption and optimization of health IT systems. The manager ensures daily oversight, staff development, training delivery, and issue resolution.

Education:
Essential:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Experience:
Essential:
* Five years of related experience.
