Summary:
Manages the planning, administering, and evaluating of the operations and care delivery of the 3rd Floor Adult Med Surg/Float Unit. Oversees professional practice, clinical outcomes, human resources management, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and refinement in response to needs and trends.

Education:
Essential:
* Bachelor's degree required.
Essential:
* Graduate from an accredited nursing school (AD in Nursing, RN Diploma, BSN or MSN).

Experience:
Essential:
* Five years of related acute care experience including leadership experience.

Credentials:
Essential:
* Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or holds a multi-state nursing license; or able to obtain license prior to start is required.
* National Certification in Area of Specialty
* Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support.
