Summary:
Assists new employees as they join the company, helps them learn policies, explains duties, completes the necessary paperwork and collection of required documentation. Ensures the new hire file is complete before distribution to the regional human resources office. Follows up with new hires and talent consultants regarding missing information prior to start date to ensure completion. Uploads forms and other documents to electronic files or other systems.

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Experience: 1 year of experience in customer service, Human Resources, or other related field.
